Sizing

How do I find my ring size? Wrap a strip of paper round the base of the finger, measure it in millimetres, and check it against the size guide. Measure at the end of the day and make sure the ring will pass the knuckle.

Between two sizes? Take the larger one.

What chain length should I pick? 45 cm sits at the collarbone and suits most people. 50 cm falls just below. Full breakdown in the size guide.

Materials

Are the stones real? Each product page says exactly what the stone is — natural, lab-created or simulant. We do not describe a simulant as a gemstone.

Is it solid gold? Where a piece is plated, the base metal and the plating are listed on the page. Where it is solid, the carat is listed. If a page does not say solid, it is not.

Will it turn my skin green? That happens when plating wears through to a copper-alloy base. Keep pieces dry, take them off before showering, and store them separately. Plating is not permanent on any piece at any price — anyone claiming otherwise is selling you something.

Nickel? Everything we sell meets the UK and EU nickel release limits. If you react to costume jewellery generally, stick to the sterling silver and solid gold pieces.

Care

How do I clean it? Warm water, a drop of washing-up liquid, a soft brush, then dry fully. No ultrasonic cleaners on pearls, opals or anything glued rather than set.

Storage? Separately, dry, out of daylight. Silver tarnishes in humid air — a sealed bag slows it down considerably.

How long does delivery take? UK 3–5 working days, free over £75. See delivery.

Can I change or cancel an order? If it has not shipped, yes — email us as soon as you can. After that, use the returns process.

Can I return it? 30 days, unworn, original packaging. Your legal right to cancel within 14 days applies on top. See returns.

Do you gift wrap? Every piece ships in a padded box. Add a note at checkout and we leave the invoice out.
