Delivery

United Kingdom

Standard delivery is 3–5 working days, tracked. Free on orders over £75, otherwise £3.95.

Orders placed before 14:00 on a working day are processed the same day. Orders placed at the weekend or on a bank holiday are processed the next working day.

Tracking

You get a confirmation email when the order is placed and a tracking link when it ships. If the tracking link has not arrived within two working days of your confirmation, email us and we will look it up.

Rest of Europe

We ship to most European countries in 5–8 working days. Rates are calculated at checkout by destination.

Packaging

Every piece ships in a padded box. If the order is a gift, say so in the note field at checkout and we leave the invoice out.

If something goes wrong

Parcel marked delivered but not there? Check with neighbours and look for a card first, then email us — we open a claim with the carrier and, where it is not resolved quickly, send a replacement.

Damaged in transit? Photograph the packaging and the piece and email both. We replace it and cover the return.

Under UK consumer law your right to cancel and return is separate from any of the above and runs for 14 days from delivery, on top of our own 30-day window. See returns.
