About Maison Vyke

Maison Vyke is a small independent jewellery shop. We are not a workshop and we do not pretend to be one — we select pieces from makers and suppliers we have worked with, check them, and sell them at a price that is not three times what they are worth.

What we look for

Three things, in order. The setting has to hold. A stone that sits loose in month two is not a bargain at any price. The finish has to survive daily wear — plating that lifts at the edges within weeks is the most common failure in this category, and it is why we stay away from the cheapest tier. And the measurements have to be honest, because most returns happen when something turns up smaller than the photograph suggested.

What we list

Every product carries the stone, the metal, the exact dimensions in millimetres and the weight. If a stone is lab-created or a simulant, it says so on the page. If plating is involved, the base metal and the thickness are listed. You should be able to tell what you are buying without emailing us first — though you are welcome to.

Delivery and returns

We ship across the UK, 3–5 working days, free over £75. Thirty days to return anything unworn in its original packaging. Full detail on the delivery and returns pages.

Getting in touch

Email reaches a person, not a queue, and we answer within one working day. If a piece arrives faulty, tell us and we sort it — that is not a negotiation.
